live off over the past 7 years. She has lived in my home since my aunt died. My aunt left her 1/2 of the condo to me, but my mother put all of the money into an annuity and spent it. She is now in a nursing home and pending Medicaid. She never worked in her life and only gets $600 a month from social security (my dad's) who died in 1957.
She did not transfer any money to me or anyone else, instead used it for herself. Will that impact Medicaid?
