Ally Independence focuses on the senior members of the greater Sacramento community being able to age gracefully during, what should be, their golden years.
At Ally Independence, only the best candidates qualify to serve as our caregivers. Our rigorous standards require that all caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with experience in the field. Being a CNA means that our caregivers have received over sixty hours of classroom training in medical ethics, anatomy, patient care, patient rights, biohazards, and more, as well as a minimum of 100 hours of supervised, hands-on training, and passed an exam that certifies them.
We recognize that everyone ages differently, and has different needs at different times. Therefore, each client receives their own personal, customized care plan. Ally Independence offers a plethora of services in order to allow our clients to maintain an independent lifestyle. Customized care begins with the first phone call to Ally Independence, where a member of our staff will set up a free in-home safety and needs assessment at your convenience with our Care Administrator. This assessment will not only ensure that you or your loved one is living in a safe, secure environment, but will also assess the care needs that that particular individual has. From the safety and needs assessment, clients work with their Care Administrator to create a care plan that is personalized for them, allowing for the most comfort and safety possible.

Ally Independence was by far the best agency we have used for the care of my mother over the last 5 years. Stacey and her team of excellent, highly skilled caregivers provided the absolute best care we could have expected or wanted. Stacey was always professional, empathetic and acutely aware of our needs through the progression of my Mother's Lewbody Dementia. As our needs changed, she was incredibly responsive and always flexible with us. Communication was always constant and immediate and she made sure to get to know my Mother and my sister and I, our wants and needs, in addition to my Mother's personality traits, so that she could assign the right caregiver at the right time. This was incredibly important to us, as my Mom had very specific likes and dislikes, so it was important that our caregivers understood what those were so they could get the most cooperation from her. We were truly blessed to have found such an incredible agency with a team of very caring, skilled and professional caregivers and highly recommend this agency!

My father at 90 years old was still very independent. However, he needed daily changing due to incontinence issues, among other help needed a few times per day. I searched and searched for a decent service that could provide me with three visits per day for my father whenever I couldn't be there or just needed a break. Ally Independence provided that service wonderfully. In fact, I was so impressed that I asked them to come every single Saturday, so that I could take a day off and not worry about it. The best part is that they had no issues with me asking them to come over with very little notice. One time when I was desperate they came and took care of my father for the day with less than 12-hour notice. If you're looking for a service that can provide you the relief you need when taking care of an older parent/relative, then you just can't get any better than Ally Independence. Their service got me out of a depression from having to care for my father all on my own. Without their help I never would have gotten through it.

The personnel who came into our home from Ally could not have been better. What an amazing team! more than willing to work with your needs. Their people were knowledgeable, caring workers, who did more than just be a presence, do little and pass their working time on the phone or watch TV. They recognized the needs of my husband and also looked after my welfare. Working with a family owned/operated agency provided the type of understanding and flexibility not available with the other agency I previously used.
