The caregivers we work with are steadfast, loyal, and of the highest integrity. We consider it imperative to screen all caregivers, and we make checking references and conducting background checks part of our screening process. We require our caregivers to engage in continued education and training to keep them in touch with the needs of their profession.
Our primary responsibility is to our clients and their families. We are hands-on owners whose phone is never turned off–24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Free of charge, we personally meet with and assess the needs of each client prior to the start of service or selection of a caregiver. We will even consult on the best option for your individual situation, regardless of our continuing involvement.
After placement, we maintain a personal relationship with our clients and their families, remaining committed to the ongoing success of each match and providing replacement services if necessary.
While the majority of our clients come to us through references from grateful families with whom we have worked, we also work with those charged with the care of elderly or incapacitated individuals, including:
