Rorientation I hope you do not think he does not qualify without thinking about spousal assets. Have you spoken to an elder lawyer to protect your share?

Is he eligible for Hospice?

If you have PACE in your area they would pay for all of that and more. Even if you exceed their income requirements and you have to pay the monthly fee you will come out ahead plus have so much more help.

Several suggestions for you
1. If your husband is a Veteran contact the VA they supply incontinence products that you need. You can speed up the process by contacting your local Veterans Assistance Commission. They can also help determine if he qualifies for other benefits as well. (and if he is a Veteran you may get paid for taking care of him)

2. Contact Hospice. (I have to add that Hospice does not necessarily mean 6 months or fewer. There does have to be a documented, continued decline)
Hospice will have all the supplies and medications delivered to you as well as a Nurse that will come 1 time a week and a CNA that will come a few times a week to bathe him and order supplies.

2. contact your local Senior Service Center and see if there are programs that you may qualify for.

for some supplies, many communities have "Diaper Banks" just like they have a food pantry.

I would have him evaluated for Hospice because everything your asking for is supplied by them. The aide...how much time you get her for depends on how many aides Hospice can afford to hire. In my area you get an aide for an hour for bathing 3x a week. A member said her Hospice agency allowed 4 hours 5x a week.

If that does not work call ur Office of Aging and see what resourses they can provide. Then u have Medicaid for in home care.
