Find Care & Housing
You may see an increase in odd behavior late in the day.  It's called "sundowning".   You'll see mood swings, rummaging behavior, shadowing and ruminating over past events.

I experienced that with my dad. He would follow me everywhere and would be right over my shoulder when I was cooking, writing bills etc. It is a normal part of the disease. They feel most comfortable around one person, usually the caregiver, and you feel like their safe zone. I just tried to go on a “mental vacation” and not focus on it. It’s hard though because we need our space.
